A safe programme designed to help new mums and mums-to-be keep fit, strong and confident either pre or post child birth. These small group PT sessions will incorporate functional movements and conditioning that will be adapted for all trimesters.
Open to Hyrox competitors and regular members, this programme combines both running & functional workout stations. Participants are coached in accordance with the HYROX principles of running 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, and repeating the process 8 times.
These classes offer varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity with one coach to 12 people.
