For the rest of July, we are inviting new clients to train for FREE. The July training pass will give you a chance to try out all of the options that we have available including Small Group Personal Training, Group Exercise classes, Foundation (suitable for beginners and those looking for a slower pace), Hyrox, CrossFit, Yoga and more. There is no ongoing commitment and you can try as many classes as you like until the end of the month!
