In order to ensure that we remain COVID secure, our training options have changed in the short term. The following options are available:
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
This rolling 4 week programme includes 4 training sessions per week. Clients will be allocated a training bubble and will take part in one strength workout, one conditioning workout and one functional fitness workout per week. In addition, they will receive four credits to use against any of our pay as you go workouts. All new clients are offered their first session for FREE.
PAY AS YOU GO FITNESS CLASSES
Our world class pay as you go sessions require no ongoing commitment and incorporate a range of classes including Spinning, Boxing, HIIT, Yoga and more. Class sizes vary but expect no more than 16 people per class. All sessions must be booked in advance. New clients are offered their first session FREE of charge. You can view the timetable below.
BLACK CARD MEMBERSHIP
Our Black Card membership includes 3 Small Group sessions per week along with unlimited access to all of our pay as you go workouts. In addition, you will receive discounts from a range of local businesses.
